Sariwa is a brain child of Dave Gaerlan, a new entrepreneur/caterer, Sony Dabao-Salvador, a finance professional who has 15 years experience as a restaurateur, and Fabiola Santos-Gaerlan, an owner of 2 daycares in Brooklyn. Dave and Fabiola have been residents of Park Slope for 12 years. Together, their mission is to offer a taste of the best Philippine cuisine and service to the community.
